The cold infusion takes a few hours, so if you're in a pinch, a regular hot tea infusion or mixing
a teaspoon of the powdered root in a cup of water works really well for a stomach ache.
You can also make an infusion of Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis) by adding one rounded
teaspoon of the powdered root stock to a cup of boiling distilled water.
