teeth than the hunter - gatherers who preceded them.
It seems to me that the best thing we can do is retrain our taste buds to enjoy the natural flavors in real food, rather
than catering to a «sweet
tooth» which is essentially an atavistic response dating from times when we were all
hunter / gatherers.
