FSBO industry, in that the public wants to believe whatever it is that the

tells it when they coincidentally slam Realtors.

fsbos are not governed by REBBA, any requirement to provide the listing brokerage with all offers will have limited impact for a least a couple years until RECO gets around to meting out fines to listing brokerages which were completely unaware that their
fsbo seller (unscrupulous and otherwise)
told buyers there were multiple offers yet said nothing to the listing brokerage.
We can
tell you that at this time many previous MGO homes are currently advertised on both MLS and
FSBO websites WITHOUT the proper disclosures.
What's the first thing a
fsbo tells you when you talk with them?
If
FSBOs or Mere Postings are to be allowed beside Full Representation listings on realtor.ca the consumer needs to be
told which homes are not represented on realtor.ca under the historical assumption consumers expect of a listing found there, which is Full Representation.

FSBO on me without

told politely but firmly that we market and sell listed properties.
If they are a
FSBO, or they call you from some of your «I Buy House» marketing, they are not your client - and you need to
tell them that.
You've done all you can to reach your local networks: submitting your MLS listing (after triple checking it for errors);
telling your family, friends and neighbors about your
FSBO home sale; posting your home on your social platforms.

FSBO Network (NFN) will be able to submit an affidavit about the contrasts between the
FSBO market and CREA's MLS system.
When doing
FSBO you're also going to get tons of realtors calling you wanting to represent you and basically
telling you that you're stupid for trying to sell by owner in this market.
