I have been eating 2500 + calories daily (lately more like 3000 +) for a good while now and I have seen my
temp come up, but it is still not as high as it could be and I notice it
dips way
down right after I weight train or do other vigorous exercise.
Temps never seem to stop
dipping, snow (or the weird grey stuff that snow becomes in New York especially those deep mysterious puddles at intersections) makes footwear decisions a nightmare and the idea of commuting in anything other than your Canada Goose jacket sends shivers
down your spine when you're still inside the safety of your apartment.

I'm sure this has been discussed, but does anyone know why all three of the (presumably hindcasts at that time) model results
dip down around 1984 - ish yet the recorded
temps seem to spike?
