This chapter describes the process by which the DOT will commit to provide credit assistance to a selected borrower (also
termed «
obligor»).
(13) PROJECT OBLIGATION. - The
term «project obligation» means any note, bond, debenture, or other debt obligation issued by an

When the child support obligation is being enforced by the Department of Revenue, the
