So in
terms of heat trapping Gov. Brown should concentrating on reducing the non-greenhouse gases in the atmosphere over CA, gases like N2, O2, and Ar because they trap more heat then the so called greenhouse gases.

So the report notes that the current «pause» in new global average temperature records since 1998 — a year that saw the second strongest El Nino on record and shattered warming records — does not reflect the long -
term trend and may be explained by the oceans absorbing the majority
of the extra
heat trapped by greenhouse gases as well as the cooling contributions
of volcanic eruptions.

While a strong El Niño has given global temperatures a boost, the main reason for the spate
of intensely warm months is the long -
term warming
of the planet caused by the accumulation
of heat -
trapping greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, scientists have found.
But even La Nina years now are warmer than El Niño years several decades ago because
of the long -

heat -

These records show both the influence
of the long -
term trend in global warming — caused by the continued release
of heat -
trapping greenhouse gases into the atmosphere — as well as an exceptionally strong El Niño that is altering weather around the world.

And the radiant effects from all greenhouse gas [including H20 gas, which dominate greenhouse gas] has a rather insignificant effect in
terms of trapping radiant energy - H20 gas has large effect due to it's latent

I believe that many AGW proponents (a) use the

of some gases, and (b) then argue that everything else being equal the
heat -

And yet for skeptics, to reverse that presumption — again, the presumption being again that a radical alteration radical alteration
of the long

We support educating the public and policymakers in government and industry about the harmful human health effects
of global climate change, and about the immediate and long -
