I haven't
tested liquid sweeteners as of yet, but coconut sugar should work.

Stevia is much sweeter gram for gram than these
liquid sweeteners, so just add a little and taste
test to get the ratio right.
I think you probably could, but I'm afraid I haven't
tested this with a
liquid sweetener.
You can use other
liquid sweeteners (date syrup, coconut nectar, Bee Free Honee, agave nectar, brown rice syrup, etc.) but I can't guarantee quite as crispy a result because I haven't
tested them all yet.
I have not
tested this recipe using a
liquid sweetener, so I don't think you can substitute maple syrup for coconut sugar.
* * If you don't like stevia, you can also sub 1 tablespoon raw coconut sugar, or adjust the
liquids and
test using 1 tablespoon maple syrup if you tolerate other natural
sweeteners higher in their sugar content.
Taste
test and add extra honey /
liquid sweetener if desired.
I suggest taste
testing them before solidifying and adding more
sweetener based on your preferences while the mix is still
liquid.
