I first made these with quick pickled
thai bird chilies, which I thought would tame the heat, but it didn't make much difference,
so I've left that out of the

I thought that, well, they are DRY
so I don't have to do anything else + all

Thai meatballs, I knew that instead of just serving it over cauli rice (though that would be delicious too!)
A very nice
recipe, love the
Thai flavors coupled with brussels for the additional flavors, have never thought of using any
Thai flavors with my «go to» vegetable like brussels,
so thank you for this
recipe!
The caramelized pork
recipes that I found were all pretty basic
so I decided to stick with the same basic formula that worked
so well with the chicken, but just reduced the number of
Thai chiles.
There are
so many fantastic flavors in this healthy
Thai Roasted Potato Kale Salad, which is tossed with a light peanut dressing.Thank you to the Little Potato Company for helping me to share this

And you may find you need to more water to these than is suggested I still have not go the pad
thai sauce to the right consistency using her
recipe so will continue tweaking it, but it is
so tasty.
I have many food intolerances and restrictions and
so many of the Pad
Thai recipes need sugar or honey etc..
Never been disappointed in the least by any of your
recipes, they've even conquered my boyfriend who's a die - hard meat - addict,
so thank you
so much for helping me to get him there, slowly...;) And by the way, he hates it when the peanuty / almondy flavor is too strong, which is kind of the point in a pad
thai,
so I tweaked your
recipe a bit by replacing the peanut butter by one avocado and a few teaspoons of almond butter, it made the trick in terms of texture and met the overwhelming approval of everyone around the table!
We find that it's difficult to enjoy true vegetarian
Thai food because
so many
recipes use fish sauce; however, we absolutely love this vegetarian larb
recipe.
So far I have made the
Thai Curry Noodle Pot (B), the Cauliflower and Kimchi «Fried Rice» (A), Shrimp Stir - Fry (B --RRB-, Za'atar Roasted Carrot and Avocado Soca (A --RRB- and her Chocolate Mousse (B +), but have at least 8 more
recipes I plan to try.

Thai recipes that I just didn't have time to post before my trip,

It was my introduction into
Thai cooking... and the very
recipe that got me hooked on your blog I have to say I have made it
so many times that mine is actually better than my friend's (who is from Thailand... she agrees It is my family's favorite
