If you have only one pan and a
recipe calls for more
cupcakes than your pan will make, cover and refrigerate the rest of the batter while baking the first batch.

than adapting the

To me, there seemed to be too much bi carb and baking powder when I read the
recipe and I feel I was right as the cookies rose far too much and looked more like wannabe scones or
cupcakes than cookies.

Great coconut flavor, much better
than the other coconut
cupcake recipe.
This particular pumpkin
cupcake recipe is actually different
than the one I've used in the past.
Ok so these
cupcakes might not be the healthiest of plant - based
recipes, but they are definitely healthier
than non-vegan
cupcakes and taste way better (in my opinion).
However, please note that they will still be more dense
than a white flour
cupcake because there are no starches in the
recipe.
Oh and as a baker, I wondered about the 375 ° (higher
than I use for my other
cupcake recipes), but it really was spot on.
The pecan topping
recipe makes more
than you'll need to top the
cupcakes, but trust me, you will find plenty of uses for it (e.g. eating it by the handful).
The cakes were based on my Green Tea & White Chocolate
Cupcake recipe but using matcha powder rather
than green tea leaves this time.

For those who used this
recipe for a cake rather
than cupcakes: What did you put the batter in to bake it?
The vanilla
cupcake recipe photo has chocolate frosting piped on to look neater
than just smearing it on.
I had no specific occasion for baking these
cupcakes (rather
than making a few friends at school very happy), but I've seen similar
cupcakes around the blogosphere and knew they'd be a great Sunday afternoon
recipe to tackle.
Every coconut flour
recipe prior to this one seemed totally different
than regular
cupcakes, but these were the best
cupcakes I've ever had of yours!
I must admit this
cupcake recipe took a bit longer to test
than anticipated.
I haven't actually calculated the carb count yet but just eyeballing the
recipe tells me that these are lower in carbs
than standard
cupcakes.
Other
than that, I followed the
recipe as closely as I could, and split the batter into two small loaf pans, and 6
cupcakes.
Other
than that the
recipe is the same, but I did convert it to bake as a cake rather
than cupcakes.
While most of Martha's
recipes turn out flawlessly, I have noticed that I have to make adjustments to a few of her
recipes — especially because Martha seems to like a denser
cupcake than I favor.
This is a bit more complicated
recipe than I normally make and as I had Rose helping me I wanted to keep her busy so I gave her some
cupcakes to make at the same time.
** If you're just doing a light layer of the frosting and spreading it on the
cupcakes with a knife, rather
than piping it, you can cut the frosting
recipe in half!
They're also healthier
than your average
cupcake recipe, since they leave out the dairy.
