tree skirt to cover up the ugly plastic base... but other
than that, these two pieces were plug - and - play.
Then I remembered that few years ago, I stumbled across a no - sew ruffled
tree skirt and although I don't remember where I saw it, I remember it was a lot easier
than I imagined.

than I thought!
Tip # 2 +3: Rather
than a
skirt for this
tree (our main one where Santa leaves the gifts), we create a faux root ball and giving the
tree more height.
I also picked up a galvanized
tree skirt from Michaels this year that is more my style
than a normal fabric
tree skirt.
