As known, you don't have to be a «genius» to perform great — In most cases your high motivation level may bond / help you more
than any missing ability.

To me, that's been the big success of Oracle (orcl): his
ability to see the roadmap quicker
than other people and then figure out what pieces he's
missing.
I do understand that in the overwhelming majority of cases, injuries are a product of luck rather
than some mythical
ability to stay healthy... but when you're getting up there in age and you've
missed decent chunks of time for 3 years in a row, it's hard to not be concerned.

missed equally by Arsenal, with the Gunners probably needing a range of passing
ability to break Middlesbrough down rather

missed an incredible opportunity with balotelli, that boy has mad skills, more
ability than you can shake a stick at and a fire that burns inside of him which if channeled correctly would work in his favour!
Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the best you have to bring more
than just assists to the table... for me, a top player has to possess a more well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends of the pitch, but they must have the
ability to take their game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to get the best of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened in the meantime, but it's important to make note of a few things: (1) his best year was a transition year for many of the traditionally dominant teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear better
than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or right - side forward that would best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss of Cazorla, who took a lot of pressure off Ozil in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise
missed a good chunk of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this club's inability to surround him with the necessary players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type of player; as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed in both Ozil and our management team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it in them... there is no one that better exemplifies our recent history
than Ozil, brief moments of greatness undercut by long periods of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
I agree with you the players need some heat to perform to theor
abilities and stop wasting created opportunities to kill games and or hold onto leads and i agree they need some heat to kick em in the arse to prevent them from under performing against milan but milan isnt city or chelsea but we need to beat them to get far in competition but i do nt think the players
missing chances this year is whole heartey down to the manager and we need to finish out the year strong but with cazorla comong back and strengthening some spots in off season and now praying we finally have jack back this squad looks dangerous next year and wenger will have a good year with arsenal next year cazorla and another player will take time off xhaka and or put more pressure on him to perform but we have had success in recent seasons barley

Disciplined in his role, he is very rarely caught out of position, he is strong in a tackle and seems to relish a physical battle His technical
ability also developed over the course of the first few months of this season, and his passing improved along with his
ability to twist and turn out of trouble, but of course what we had all been dreading came to pass..., Coquelin was injured vs West Brom, and has
missed the last month, and is going to
miss at least two more, I am of the opinion that we would be in a much better position
than we are now if Coquelin had stayed fit.
Next to Jack Wilshere, Jack has so much potential, had injuries left him alone he would be our captain already, he has the
ability to pass or dribble through midfields, capable of sitting alongside Xhaka or playing box to box, he enjoys getting stuck in, he also has the passion and leadership skills we are always
missing, the issue here is AW doesn't like Jack playing deep, so I would expect him on the wing more
than in the middle this year.
