Come on... Did anyone actually believe we were in
with a shot for the CL
other than the 4th place whinning junkies on this site... Take my advice get down to your local tesco express and stock up on the soup then listen to those
with a modicum of knowledge about the game and a desire to see the
club improve who have been saying for 5 years now that wenger was professionally incapable of delivering another title and then join the chorus of calls for his immediate departure... coz if he stays there will be nothing next season either
It sadly is Sue, we have a divided fan base, an majority shareholder who is (in my opinion) using our
clubs assets to secure lending on his
other sporting investments, a board who quite frankly see us fans as customers rather

others open you'd see cannons in their blood
with some of our players now you'd find image rights and pound signs.

I've always maintained my stance that Arsene Wenger loves French players in his team
than any
other players. No matter how average you are once you're French and once you're in the first team he tends to give you so many chances to prove yourself.I can start mentioning them if you want me to but I know you know them.If Lucas Perez was French he wouldn't have been out so early believe me.I just don't know where to begin. Was Giroud bought to become a super sub or to be the leading striker?Having giving us many sesons of failure people are now content
with him being a so called super sub.A player like Giroud is not built for that kind of role.He ws a super sub in 99 % of those matches because he was not played when he was supposed to and we needed presence in the air.The funny thing is people are using only this season to label him as a super sub. There were so many matched that Wenger should have started Giroud but for some reason didn't start him.I only see Arsenal as the top
club who'd be crying over Giroud. If a good offer comes we should sell.
lewa and Benz r out, griezmann, lukaku, auba and dybala r young and will have d cash pits of Europe chasing them... which means astronomical transfer fees / wage (we'll definitely lose in d bidding war)... huguain is a viable option but
with a transfer fee of 55m and 200k wages for a 29 year old????... BONKERS!!!!! I don't know about u but I feel we shld do everytin legal / illegal to get vardy... by 2 - 3 years time,
others strikers will have surfaced but for now there's a limited pool and d richest
club r d sharks... i would like any of d young strikers but it doesn't mean we shld pay 40m more

Arsenal has nothing
other teams do not have, if you cant provide players
with the luxury of being a serious
club who competes for trophys

Besides several teams who have questions surrounding one or possibly two players, there is no squad that has so many issues heading into the final week of the transfer window... even Monaco, who have lost numerous players from their starting 11 have less controversy swirling in and around their
club and they have champion's league play to contend
with this season... just think of how ridiculous this situation is especially considering that we have had the same manager for over 20 years... no team should be better organized
than ours... if nothing else, that should be the one advantage this team holds over all
others, yet the exact opposite has occurred... this fact is even more disturbing considering the main argument against removing Wenger from his managerial position was that there was no suitable replacement and that people feared some sort of perceived drop - off if a new manager was brought into the mix... based on what we've witnessed since the time of his contract renewal a monkey
with a magic eight ball could have done an adequate job... I hate to make jokes, in light of our current dilemma, but this team is so screwed up if I don't laugh about it, the only plausible response is to either cry or do something incredibly destructive... just look around this squad and try to see what our delusional manager sees that allow him to make such positive statements about our current team
Spoiler Alert people, we are not getting anyone in the front striker position
OTHER than what we already have, there was a story in the star yestrday about the 250 million wenger is looking to spend on the likes of Marco Ruess ect ect and I really can not believe that after all these years the Prof will change his ways and spend all that money and evern if he was going to he needs to pull his finger out as all the top players are being strongly linked with other clubs, meanwhile we wait for the brat Vardy to make up his mind when we know he is highly unlikely to come to us another summer of dissapointment for us as wenger has already stated that Giroud will lead the line next se

More
than 10 yrs without a league title... never won CL... Too many dead - woods... Favoritism... Outdated tactics... The board was generous enough to see his contract out... No
other club with ambition does this...
Whilst I agree that Kroenke is huge problem as well as Wenger, and that our next manager may face the same financial restrictions, one has to acknowledge that even
with these restrictions, Arsenal are still better off
than almost every
other club in the premiership and have one of highest wage bills in the world.
I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans to relax and give this
club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part of the problem... no
other «big»
club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major
club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big»
clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these
clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more
than our
club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete
with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end
with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this
club and start anew
Then you have Lacazette, 3 English
clubs other than Arsenal have been linked
with him and that's IF you discount City's reported interest.
And just for good measure the Frenchman pointed out, as reported by Metro, that Arsenal are in a better position having a player like Alexis desperate to play
than some
other clubs having the opposite sort of problem

Money is not the issue, it is Kroenke having no interest in our
club,
other than to rip it and the fans off, as he has done
with all his
other «franchises».
Conversely Arsene runs a entertaining, fun offensive system that can only be run
with certain types of players, thus eliminating a lot of the talent pool 2)
other than Porto, maureen has worked for

Well written, but I think it will fall on deaf ears, my fear is as follows, it will take a loss in money for the manager and board to change, this will only come if we finish out of the top 4, but knowing the board they would still give home a season to try again, I feel very sorry for Sanchez, he is total quality and deserves better, most of the
other players look settled, turn up give70 % and get paid, no matter what level you play at you should come off the pitch thinking I gave everything, how many of our players could say that, they lack motivation, player for player we are as good if not better
than athletico Madrid but they have a manger that gets 100 % out of every player, Klopp is the same, but why would they leave their
clubs to come here
with a boar that cares about money not entertainment, Wenger was a lucky manager he inherited a top defence now his luck has run out
With the
other top Gunner Mesut Ozil also in talks over a new contract you would expect the German international and his people to be looking at a similar sort of deal to keep them happy as well, but revelations last week showed that such a huge pay rise for two of the players already on more money
than their
club colleagues would have put us in a precarious position.
If Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil both stay at the
club to team up
with Lacazette, they would form an attacking trident that's much more dynamic and fluid
than when Giroud plays up front, as they could interchange positions and create chances for each
other.
Just compare the way Arsenal treat their players to
other teams. You'll clearly see the difference. The way we treat our players makes them feel so big.Just look at the way Fabregas and Van Persie behaved before leaving. They go to
other clubs and they look good but you always know they were better under Arsenal.I can't think of one top player who left Arsenal and was better. If the player has pride the team should also know they have their pride. No player is bigger
than any
club and hence all players should be treated
with that in mind..
While Wenger is improving the team and we appreciate that, he is not keeping up
with some
other clubs who are improving their teams MORE
than Wenger is doing for Arsenal.
we all kmnow that the board are not ambitious and run the
club more like a private bank
than a football
club but when is Wenger going to just come out and say «its down to the board» or «I just cant do this anymore» its either his and the boards fault or its one or the
other individually and if Wenger IS» NT complicet
with the board when will we finally be told this?
Whatever The reason is Cesc Made the wrong Choice, he felt he needed to go home, Arsenal were his home, Wenger was his father, who knows were he would be without arsenal signing him, its not all the La masia products that make it big, e.g Muniesa, Cuenca, and previously bojan, who was teammates
with cesc, Out of respect for the
Club and the fans not Wenger he should have joined another team
other than Chelsea or Man utd, He wouldnt have joined Real Madrid If It were barca who had the clause, He Screwed up big time, and He had the potential to be Arsenals greatest ever Midfielder and one of the best Captains, Arsenal = Fabregas like Henry = Arsenal, but he messed that up, Utterly disgusted to see him in that Shitty Blue Jersey, He is just like the
others and should not be excused
The Man United manager Jose Mourinho moaned the
other day that he wasn't given enough money to compete
with the oil - rich moneybags of man City, but Arsene Wenger says that Jose is already at one of the richest
clubs but he is just going to have to get used to Man City having more finances
than himself.
All the Broncos have done is whip up on more teams
with winning records — seven —
than any
other club.
But on the
other hand, after all his contributions for out team in the past few seasons, i'm happy for him because he stands a better chance to win something
with Manure
than our
club, that hurts more (even Ian Wright confessed that), we cant even assure a top class player of anything anymore,,, i» scared for ozil and wilshere leaving too....
Now
with the end of the season approaching quickly and Arsenal looking very unlikely to be in next season's Champions League, perhaps Bellerin has reiterated that he wants out and he has been linked
with many
other big
clubs other than Barcelona including Juventus and Man City, where he would be guaranteed to be in the major competition.
just reading around and all if not most rags are saying our net spend is # 46 million how can they tell that when they do nt even know what our real budget is if it was # 100 million then we are in profit by quite a bit i do nt really know what they base there assumptions on this is where you could do
with swiss ramble to dissect what really was spent from what i could see most of our 5 transfers were covered by out goings and c / l monies earned debuchy - vela deal, chambers - vermalen deal, ospina - cesc and miquel deals sanchez c / l monies and
other monies recovered from wages and old installment based deals this is the same
with welbeck i would imagine if not then poldolski will be sold in jan to cover this as i think he was going to be sold and this would have covered welbecks transfer more or less also and people do nt always realize that arsenal have money coming in from more
than one source to cover transfers not just puma and emirates deals we have property arm of the
club which makes money for transfers also outstanding debts we are owed of old transfers we receive each year on song cesc maybe van persie and all
other structured deals in installment payments sales we just flogged miquel as an example and all the monies from released wages and youths sold its a bit to complex to just say we have a net spend of xyz when arsenal do nt even make the budget public so they have no starting point from which to go from i bet you we have broke even or even made a slight profit as we are self sustaining it would make sense that we can break even or at least make the net spend under # 10 million each year at least screw then all we are the arsenal we do thing our way
In any
other instance when a player rebels against the
club and coach for whatever reason there is no room for doubt, disciplinary actions must be taken, even when he is your best player...... it could be the case even for SANCHEZ, those words no player is greater than the Club are well understood, the problem in this case is that a growing majority of the Fans are fed up with the Club and Manager, years of frustration, deception nothing changing and doing nothing about it has the great majority of Fans siding with the Player against the Club and Manager...... unfortunately both lost the respect of most ARSENAL fans, there is a revolt brewing YES like every year the difference this year is that losing Sanchez will not go without consequence

there is no doubting that Arsene has helped to provide us
with some incredible footballing moments in the formative years of his managerial career at Arsenal, but that certainly doesn't and shouldn't mean that he has earned the right to decide when and how he should leave this
club... there have been numerous managers at each of the biggest
clubs in Europe throughout the last decade who have waged far more successful campaigns
than ours yet somehow and someway each were given their walking papers because they failed to meet the standards laid out by the hierarchy of their respective
clubs... of course that doesn't mean that
clubs should simply follow the lead of
others, especially if
clubs of note have become too reactionary when it comes to issues of termination, for whatever reasons, but there should be some logical discourse when it comes to the setting of parameters for a changing of the guard... in the case of Arsenal, this sort of discourse was largely stifled when the higher - ups devised their sinister plan on the eve of our move to the Emirates... by giving Wenger a free pass due to supposed financial constraints he, unwittingly or not, set the bar too low... it reminds me of a landlord who says he will only rent to «professional people» to maintain a certain standard then does a complete about face when the market is lean and vacancies are up... for those who rented under the original mandate they of course feel cheated but there is little they can do, except move on, especially if the landlord clearly cares more about profitability
than keeping their word... unfortunately for the lifelong fans of a football
club it's not so easy to switch allegiances and frankly why should they, in most cases we have been around far longer
than them... so how does one deal
with such an untenable situation... do you simply shut - up and hope for the best, do you place the best interests of those
with only self - serving agendas above the collective and pray that karma eventually catches up
with them, do you run away
with your tail between your legs and only return when things have ultimately changed, do you keep trying to find silver linings to justify your very existence, do you lower your expectations by convincing yourself it could be worse or do you stand up for what you believe in by holding people accountable for their actions, especially when every fiber of your being tells you that something is rotten in the state of Denmark
Despite reaching the latter stages, Ramsey was rushed back to
club football much earlier
than other European hotshots, including Mesut Ozil who reached the same stage of the competition
with Germany.
Joining a
club of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured of all players at the
club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for
other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised
with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the
club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm of the game.
With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and
with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton
with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for
other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player
than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him
with discipline and help him
with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top of that another player who was recklessly managed
with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do
with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more
than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
Arsenal just needs to pay him what he demands, we will never get a better striker
than him, every
other TOP striker out there are happy
with there
clubs and given the amount
clubs spend on fringe strikers, i will rather have Alexis all day every time.
Other reports have calculated that
clubs playing again after 48 hours drop points unexpectedly in the second game on a more regular basis
than those
with longer to recover.
Rather
than be sitting on the bench or playing
with the reserves these players are getting valuable experience and playing time
with other clubs, and we are already getting good reports on Gnabry, Toral, Wellington, Zelalem, Maitland - Niles, Hayden and of course Akpom, who has already scored twice for Hull.
All this stuff
with DoF, Primorac and Colbert supposedly leave, Bellerin, Sanchez, Ox, Ozil and so on are just
club PR to shift the weight on
other things
than the manager.
The team does not do well at home compared to
other top teams as the «fanz» are admirers of
other teams, just think they know more
than the man who put this
club to compete
with big money.
