It has more
carbs than coconut milk but I think the carb content per cup will be about the same or slightly more, round 4 - 6 grams.
I like to lighten up the jelly by using a greater amount of coconut
water than coconut milk and by adding a good squeeze of lime juice as well.
Other than a coconut milk SKPM (skinny peppermint mocha) from Starbucks there are few things I love more in this world than fall.
Of course this is kept quiet because it would destroy the market for statins which are dangerous, way more

Hi Donna, you could use any nut or seed milk (that will result in less fat per serving) or even heavy whipping cream (HWC has more
fat than coconut milk so you could use just 1/2 cup cream and add 1/2 cup water).
Sun - dried tomatoes add a great twist to the texture and a different quality of
sweet than the coconut milk, making the flavor all the more complex.

Recently we had a fantastic meal using this recipe, prepared with our high - fat Chaokoh coconut cream rather
than coconut milk, and we omitted the peanuts altogether which led to a very rich, slightly spicy satay full of true Thai flavors (see pictures below right).
Canned coconut cream is also less likely to have added sugar, depending on brand,
than the coconut milk.
