Here are a few instances where caffeine does more harm
than good to your body:
Frozen, canned, refined or processed foods should be avoided since it is lacking vital life - energy and will do more harm
than good to your body.
Back - breaking exercises do more harm
than good to the body.
because if you're doing any part of the movement wrong, you'll be doing more harm
than good to your body.
Without doing so you may be doing more harm
than good to your body and the thyroid.
Plus wasting money and time and doing more harm
than good to my body.
For me it was actually the other way around — as we felt that dairy products did more harm
than good to our bodies, me and my husband cut these out before anything else.
