As before, I'm going to focus less on the benefits that Twitter can deliver to
individual lawyers (which I've covered a couple of times at Law21)
than on the best ways that law firms as corporate entities can utilize this social media tool.
As before, this post will look at the use of blogs in the enterprise context, for firms in general rather
than for
individual lawyers.
All that that hopefully means is that the new batch of
lawyers will be
individuals that applied to law school because they actually want to be
lawyers rather
than just make BigLaw salaries.

lawyer is concerned that the NSA or other law enforcement agency may read the email, with or without a warrant.
Generally, a negotiating team should consist of no more
than four people on either side: a mix of
individuals from the target and the acquirer that know the business, and
lawyers that know their documents and the sector in which investment is being made.

individual identities, and should be accepting of a wide range of diversity in heritage, beliefs, and values, rather
than making assumptions about how an aboriginal client should act, or what he should want from the legal system.
In 2016, more

lawyers requesting information on topics such as:
lawyer mobility (across Canada and outside Canada); how coverage applies where
lawyers enter into indemnity agreements with third parties; coverage for firm general counsel; and whether coverage is available for document review work or other non-traditional services, such as those provided by
