I also find that it's better to use
milk chocolate chips, as they melt more easily and quicker
than normal
chocolate.
In other words, a glass of full - fat
milk is better for you
than a cup of fat - free
milk with
chocolate -
chip cookies.
In fact I think even better
than using canned coconut
milk and again made with sugar - free
chocolate chips as mentioned.
