Pomegranate juice has been shown to contain more antioxidants
than most fruit juices, red wine, or green tea.
It also seems like the more popular sodas have more sugar
than most fruit juices (even though they are close / overlap sometimes).

I am very wary of cranberry
juice however, because
most all of the commercially available cranberry
fruit juices have a considerable sugar content, so limit your intake to no more
than one glass daily.

than any other sugar, and, because
most fructose is consumed in liquid form, as
fruit juice or as soda, its negative metabolic effects are significantly magnified.
I'm much less sensitive to carbs at lunch and dinner
than I am at breakfast, but ironically
most traditional breakfast foods are high in sugar and starch (pancakes / waffles, cereal,
fruit, toast,
juice).
More products now have a «best before» date rather
than a «use by» date (for example
most hard cheese and many pasteurised
fruit juices), giving the flexibility to use the product after the date.
