For the
oats I've never tried leaving them more
than about 48 hours so can't be totally sure, but
as with most things the fresher they are the better they taste!
They do take longer to cook
than old - fashioned
oats as well
as a bit longer
than steel cut, but the method is just
as simple, perhaps even simpler since whole
oats don't require stirring.
They're made with superfoods, such
as chia seeds, organic quinoa, and

oats, from what I remember, are warming in any significance; at least they are less warming
than oats from what I remember, maybe buckwheat follows
as a distant second.
Note that to avoid listing sugar
as the first ingredient in their products, some sneaky food makers use multiple types of sugar (e.g. honey, cane sugar, and brown rice syrup), each of which alone may be smaller in volume
