so I might try using 1/3 cup instead...
For the
oats I've never tried leaving them more
than about 48 hours
so can't be totally sure, but as with most things the fresher they are the better they taste!

I've made it with banana puree anyways (3 bananas) and it did ended up being way more runny
than the batter in your video,
so I didn't add any milk anymore and added more
oats (I used oat flour).
A cup of cooked quinoa actually has much less calories
than oats too
so it's also an ideal food if you are trying to lose weight.
The
oats will thicken quite a bit after pouring into your bowl,
so remove from the heat while the
oats are a bit thinner
than you want.
