Okay, I'm exaggerating, but you should get used to the fact that servings of veggies are always going to be larger
than portion sizes for
other food groups
like meat, dairy, and
grains, which all require some restraint.
To start, oats are more nutritious
than most
other grains, providing an abundance of several vitamins and minerals
like manganese, vitamin B1, and magnesium.
I would guess the risk is much lower
than with
grains, since the nuts comprise a large matrix of cells and
other elements that would keep most nutrients «in place», but that might not be true for the smaller nutrients,

Obviously, a stone is a complex issue unattributable to a single cause, but I would
like to see a response to the idea that low - carb diets contribute to kidney stones -
other paleo sources seem to allow for more carbohydrate
than what I interpret
