My son had two neighborhoods brother friends for a sleep - over last night, so I made French Toast Frittata with the coconut flour
bread for breakfast this morning (sliced or broken
bread soaked in 5 beaten eggs, a good «glug» of raw whole milk, cinnamon, nutmeg [there is a higher egg to

than deep frying the chicken in oil, the chicken is
breaded in seasoned panko
bread crumbs and «fried» in the
oven.
Baked rather
than fried, these chunks of
breaded cod go perfectly with
oven - fried russet potatoes and peas.
So if you take a whole breast, white meat, low fat, reduced

oven bake it, the chicken nugget that is being fed to children is better
