So here are some things that we missed this morning because there were no pictures... I had a delicious coffeelicious
smoothie this morning in a cup rather
than my usual bowl.
I adore
smoothies for breakfast and rarely eat anything other
than that,
so I was happy to add these delicious Acai Berry

The ones I grow in my garden are much more tender
than the kind I'd been buying at the store,
so these need very little prep to go in a salad or
smoothie.
More of a latte

so I may try to use frozen coconut milk ice cubes in it instead for a more «
smoothie» texture.

SO easy to make and cost anywhere from less
than a dollar to no more
than $ 2 if you make them yourself.
Make your morning
smoothie session a bit more of ritual,
so you can enjoy the process rather
than banging everything into a blender and being on your way.
I already make an awesome mango pineapple
smoothy so I am sure this has to better
than the blueberry pond sludge.
For a
smoothie bowl simply add less liquid,
so it's good and thick and eat out of a bowl rather
than drinking it.
So, with this

than running out to grab ingredients to add to it, I decided to use what I already had in house.
20 minutes or less start to finish,
so I don't find it a lot slower

smoothie in my Vitamix, and not laborious at all.
I also try to pack as much spinach as I can in my

I've used almond milk when I first started making this
smoothie, but these days my plant - based milk of choice is oat milk,
so that's what I use more often
than not.
I figured that somehow the
