referring decisions also go
in our favour, for instance that dortmund goal sanogo scored was clearly offside, these things are apart of football, GREAT teams overcome these obstacles, GREAT teams do not crumble with 3 or 4 goal leads, GREAT teams do not concede 3 + goals

average more
than one tackle every 90 mins, GREAT teams don't need more 7 clear cut chances to score, united have academy

now wengers absurd transfer policy «is down to you people»... seriously krish n`chips... the acolytes of the delusional one are beginning to sound even more of a parody

average player with one good season
in 12 years at the club... the fact that wenger hasnt sold him is part of the sorry state of our club and the idea that this can be blamed on fans who want to see us back challenging for top trophies is frankly offensive
People keep using stats to defend him because that's the only way to defend him. When you watch him most at times you he hardly wows you or is any special. Can i ask a question couldn't Chamakh or Bendtner or Aliadiere score about 15 - 18 goals with this super super creative arsenal midfield.I mean lets be honest if Chamakh
in his first season should have scored 20 goals
in EPL many people would still want him out you know why because watching every aspect of his game and also analyzing every aspect of his game he was below
average in his time at arsenal to be honest. So its not only about stats because stats do nt tell me the whole story about a
player though they are facts and don't lie the eyes do nt lie.And with this same eyes we look at
players and say Aguero is better thab Bony, Costa is better
than Remy, and so on.
Loyalty is massively overrated

players worse
than Giroud for Arsenal
in terms of finishing.I consisered finishing only.Out of your list when all are
in form you can argue that Walcott is better. But
in terms of finishing he's the worst of that lot.Only Gervinho's finishing is worse. The guy doesn't deserve this club and so does many of our current
players.Face reality he's odinary and if you were a manager and wanted success would you put
in a # 30 bid for Giroud?Yet his stats suggest he may be worth # 30 showing the contradiction between stats and real life. The earlier we get some
average players out of our club and stop defending the indefensible the better for us all. With this kind of mentality success will be far from this club.

I've always maintained my stance that Arsene Wenger loves French
players in his team
than any other
players.No matter how
average you are once you're French and once you're
in the first team he tends to give you so many chances to prove yourself.I can start mentioning them if you want me to but I know you know them.If Lucas Perez was French he wouldn't have been out so early believe me.I just don't know where to begin. Was Giroud bought to become a super sub or to be the leading striker?Having giving us many sesons of failure people are now content with him being a so called super sub.A
player like Giroud is not built for that kind of role.He ws a super sub
in 99 % of those matches because he was not played when he was supposed to and we needed presence
in the air.The funny thing is people are using only this season to label him as a super sub. There were so many matched that Wenger should have started Giroud but for some reason didn't start him.I only see Arsenal as the top club who'd be crying over Giroud. If a good offer comes we should sell.

For that kind of money you'll be getting far more talented

average of 10 points, then comes our end of season charge which has seen us having more points

players go when the world asked why and on hindsight have been proven right, HOWEVER why have we had
players like Diaby on the books when it was clear he would never ever be fit enough to fulfil his potential and why on earth have we currently got Sanogoals or Wellbeck on our books whe its obvious to all and their mothers that neither of these kids will ever be anything other

I know Arsenal all too well and trust me we would've still lost.A lot of people think this Arsenal squad isn't good enough to win the league but I beg to differ.Give this same squad to Rafa Benitez or any world class manager even without any signing before the transfer window ends and watch us play like you've never seen before. The problem
in this team has always been tactics, mentality and mismanagement. This is what has really been disturbing us for several seasons but alwas goes ignored.Mark my words that if Arsenal get everyone they're supposed to we're not winning the league if those three things aren't checked. We need signings but our problem is much bigger
than signings.Give this same squad to Klopp or a too manager and you'd be shocked some
players who were called
average will be playing differently. You know why?Strong mentality, proper management and good tactics count.
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger'

The deadwood???... as if they bought themselves and gave themselves chances on the pitch to proof how deadwood they are... interestingly arsenal is i can say the only top 10 club
in Europe that has been having until maybe last season, more
than half of the squad as deadwood
players and then one if most two
players that may be considered WC and the rest
average... now i had my hopes up when we bought sanchez last season but arrrrkh, pee peee here comes welbeck (man utd's deadwood)..
He is an unbelievably
average footballer on the level if
players like Stuart downing anf should be playing
in equivalent clubs... Not surprised allardyce picked him for England as he is a less
than average football manager... The sooner we embed Perez
in the first 11 the better our chances of moving ahead...
Up front we have a few world - class
players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished
player in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely by season's end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display
than in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing
in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the
players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought
in from the get - go... both of these
players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below
average first - touch
players, which should be the baseline test for any
player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their game even more, combined with our
average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those
in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off
Well according to whoscored Giroud has never scored 20 goals and has never provided more
than 8 assists
in a season as an arsenal
player and this is his 4th season with Arsenal so it is not true that he he
averages 20 goals and 15 assists.

That's fine other
than the fact that some
players and some positions push themselves allot more often
than others do, like with a CB for a top nation, it's going to be allot less work
than a midfielder playing
in an
average nation.
While both those
players are frustrating, I find Ramsey to be the worse as I feel his best moments of his playing career was
in those few months alongside Arteta and he was looking like a contender for POTY already then got injured, that period of time seen Ramsey put
in more tackles per game
than Arteta (on
average I think it was 4.4), he was doing the defending and then taking the ball forward
in attacks.

Now it is Ben Yedder's time... I don't know what to say about this one, what I wan na ask is that, of all the unproven,

Well to a point they are right, maybe we are luckier
than your
average PL club, but then we are NOT your
average PL club, we are charged the highest ticket prices of any club
in the EPL for starter's and we are now apparently debt free and according to certain sources inside the clubs Hierarchy can buy any
player we want,
in short we are financially as big as any of our competition with regards to the ability to buy
in top quality talent, and while we don't have the money to burn that Man city or Chelsea have we are
in a position to spend more and spend it more often as long as there is a degree of prudence.
Everybody at the top of the White Sox lineup has contributed: At week's end leadoff man Tim Raines had a first - inning batting
average of.389, Joey Cora had scored 21 runs, Frank Thomas had hit 10 homers (no other

than seven) and driven
in 25 runs, and sometimes cleanup hitter Robin Ventura was batting a major league - high.511 (23 for 45) with 22 RBIs.

players is dragging the team back.Last time Arsenal was a powerhouse NONE of the first 11 was British.Wanna see how the British quality looks like
in a football team - look no further
than national sides of England, Scotland, N Ireland, Wales, even Ireland (not British but same style)- all mediocre teams «able» to be defeated by any team coming to mind. And you are asking about Chambers? He is
in the same mold like Wilshere,Walcott,Ox,Ramsey,Gibs,Jenkinson - mediocre overpriced and overpaid
players. The world is full with hungry, ambitious and skilled
players living
in poverty and dreaming of moving to the top at any cost or sacrifice (did you see the poor house - if you can call that house, looking more like an old tent -
in which Alexis Sanchez grew up?Or Suarez?)
see our team is good but never consistent, i will still blame Arsene, for buying
average players, the likes of Elneny, Ramsey, Walcot, shouldnt be
in our team, now Santi is getting old, needs replacement he can buy someone like James of madrid, look at walcot he's only deceiving us, the guy isn't good for our team, forget Euro or No 10 role, this is not Wales, its Arsenal, Ramsey loves his country more
than Arsenal, he doesn't play with the same passion!
He is virtually ineffective against them, just about manages to pull of a string fairly
average performances against «lesser sides», yet the cult following he's gained seem's to have convinced people
than he is... Ill turn up at the emirates and sing «Na na Giroud»,
in appreciation for what he has done for the club so far and the fact he is an Arsenal
player.
The only
player to
average more
than three disciplinary points per game
in the Telegraph's table.
I agree with you, we have more serious issues
in our midfield
than is talked about all
players there are
average, we need a decent addition and may be offload one because the problem is quality not quantity
I hope Xhaka is benched for yhis game. If's funny how people can ever think for a moment that Xhaka is better
than Wilshere.Wilsherefor all his injuries and unrealised potential is twice the
player Xhaka is and a level above Ramsey
in technique, talent and ability.I didn't like how people used the Europa league maych to judgr him at all after he had shown world class performances
in previous matches.I just don't get why people love Xhaka.People call Coquelin
average but if played
in his actual position and not this box - to - box or whatever he will defend brillianly and give it to his more reliable partner which quite unfortunately we don't havd at the moment.
for me wenger has more of
average players than any other big clubs
in the premier league
When Samuel commented on why it was wrong to sell Lucas Perez you brought up stats between Walcott and Perez and
in that you proved using the stats why Walcott is better. If Wenger didn't have blond love for some of his
players then why did he keep benching Perez when he was performing yet the
average guys always got a look
in the squad. So if there are stats which prove Walcott is better aren't there stats which also prove Perez is better?Think about that. You also said Perez is not as good as some of us make out.The funny thing is yesterday we had an argument on Giroud and I also tried to imply that Giroud is not as good as we make out and you opposed. You always kept bringing stats up to defend him.Do you know if Bendtner or Chamakh had scored 25 goals for Arsenal
in any season they'd still have been regarded as
average. You know why?Because quality has nothing to do with stats and is just a kind pf talent or state. It seems to me that you think you know it all.You also denied the fact that Wenger likes French
players and that if Perez was French he wouldn't have been out
in one season stating other
players as examples. It seems to me that you deny things which are clear for everyone to see.If you think you know better
than everyone go and teach Wenger how to win the trophy this season.
Finally, and to reiterate an earlier point, the way forward for this club is to stop paying below
average bench
players so much money and to focus the bulk of the weekly wages on establishing a dominant starting 11... this will require the club to eat some wages
in order to ship some
players out, get rid of any deadwood over the age of 21, develop a cutting edge scouting service and put your money where your mouth is for once... I would much rather have a starting 11 that was world - class and give some reasonably paid young blue - chippers playing time when injuries occur
than have 2 or 3 world class
players surrounded by a plethora of overpaid and underwhelming
players... management would no longer be able to sell their half - baked plans to the fans under the guise of «winning now», which any intelligent fan knows is a crap - shoot at best, and instead create a a squad that provides hope for the present and the future... this is exactly the model that has been used by Barcelona, Real & Bayern, so it should be good enough for us... by the way, until Messi & Ronaldo re-signed just recently all 3 clubs weekly wages were on par with ours... think about that for a second or two
During Diggs» three years
in the league, just 32
players have been targeted more
than 200 times and
averaged more
than eight yards on those plays.
