I will say that this Maple Walnut Nice Cream is a little more icy
than my banana based versions, but we actually loved it's texture!

I find that it's not more expensive, the things I eat on a day to day
basis — seasonal veggies,
bananas, brown rice, quinoa etc are really cheap — much cheaper
than ready meals or meat.
While I love a fruit
based oatmeal (check out this strawberry
banana version here) there is nothing better
than oatmeal that reminds you of a decadent pecan pie..
It's a great plant -
based source of iron and has more potassium
than a
banana (which is especially good for building muscles mass).
Even though the
base is mainly
bananas and coconut oil, those flavors seem to enhance the lemon flavor rather
than dominate it.
Gluten - free baked goods with
bananas tend to retain a moist, dense character better
than options not
banana -
based.
There is something about the smooth and nutty butter
than adds such a creamy richness to the
banana nice cream, masking its fruity
base, and bringing out stronger and bolder flavours.
