This is
wonderful gluten - free flour (you can always trust Bob's Red Mill) and it works MUCH better
than «sweet rice flour» in bread
recipes (in my opinion).
Just want to mention that we know nothing of those cooks making inquiries on
recipe instructions... perhaps it's a young chef or someone just learning to read
recipes... wouldn't it be

than xanthum gum to avoid possible GI distress
Summer's soup
recipes are
wonderful and on a warm day what could be lovelier
than a bowl of cold soup.
And it got me thinking... those «special
recipes» handed down through generations and full of white flour, sugar, (and probably butter, milk, and eggs if its a traditional
recipe) are still
wonderful, but maybe are best reserved for more special occasions
than just after dinner on a Thursday night.
Vegetarian Times had a good article on seaweeds awhile back, but other
than that,
recipe mags seem to ignore this
wonderful gift from Mama Gaia.

These look
wonderful and my son asked me to make them, but the
recipe says 5 TBSP cups water???? It looks like more
than 5 tbsp water in the pic, not sure??

recipe, the vegetables roasted are a great combo and this is a
wonderful way to use your yams, or at least that's what the photos looks like... Mr. smartie - pants (that's me) says yams are sweeter
than sweet potatoes believe it or not, the higher starch content converts during cooking making the sugars... I love both, grilled sweet potatoes are an all time favorite with steaks

wonderful to read all the posts one after another... reminds me of all my old friends and the chatter we would have over a

I cut mine in a long diamond shape — they are
wonderful for the holidays and everyone seemed to like the ones I used the coconut flour in more

than being a base
recipe from which it is easy to make adjustments according to what you want to make — i.e. want to put chocolate in it?

GF isn't something that I ever considered myself doing, I've gone gf for my own reasons after developing a
