Roughly chop the walnuts or pistachios (I used a mixture of both)
then add to a bowl and toss with 1 tsp of cinnamon then set aside.
Rinse and drain chickpeas,
then add them to bowl of food processor.
Process or blend until completely creamy,
then add to the bowl with the salad.
Using a food processor blend together peanut butter, bell pepper, ginger and seasoning,
then add to a bowl.

Simply place the almonds in a food processor and blend for a few minutes until a flour forms,

If you like a little something sweet in the morning try
adding a couple of medjool dates
to the mix too, they sweeten it up and enhance the creaminess and if you feel like you need a crunch,
add a little less milk and
then pour the smoothie into a
bowl and top it with your favourite granola, nuts, seeds, raisins, cacao nibs, fruit etc for a delicious smoothie
bowl.
Once it's all nicely mixed pour it into a
bowl,
add all your favourite toppings and
then it's ready
to enjoy!
Alternatively, use a hand mixer
to combine the butters with honey / sugar and vanilla seeds and
then add the butter mixture into the
bowl with the dry ingredients.
Mash the banana in a
bowl and
then add all the pancake ingredients
to your blender.
Then remove the tray, allow it
to cool for a few minutes before
adding it
to the salad
bowl.
Place the apples in a
bowl and use the pan
to heat up the remaining coconut milk for a minute or two,
