I was able to put two muffin pans worth (24) on one baking sheet after the first cooking to stay in the refrigerator over night and
then cook the next day.
The difference there is you use a whole chicken and you combine all the other ingredients and pour over the chicken in the crock pot and refrigerate overnight,
then cook the next day.
If you're using dried beans you need to soak them overnight and
then cook them the next day which takes about 90 minutes.
Do you think it would be possible to make them a day ahead of time
then cook them the next day?
I think it would be okay to assemble everything and
then cook it the next day, but I haven't tried, so I'm not completely sure.
