Coat each fish fillet in egg white and
then cover both sides with spice mixture.

covered i layed chicken on a bed of spinache and served with a
side of mashed sweet potato... i used McCormick chili powder 1tbsp not spicy at all but i love spicy food so thats my opinion and taste buds...
