I know that dessert
for one sounds a little sad, but how often do you
crave something sweet and
then decide that making
something super healthy yet really
sweet is either too hard or too complicated, and of course you probably don't want to end up with a whole fridge full of cake at the end!
SA is a massive fan of these espresso cheesecakes so I keep a Ziploc bag of mini ones in the freezer
for him to enjoy whenever he
craves something sweet (which happens a lot more
then he would care to admit based on the number of time I need to restock the bag).
I mainly
crave something sweet for breakfast (oatmeal, smoothie, overnight oats) but every now and
then I want
something savory made with eggs (omelet, frittata, veggie & egg skillet).
When someone comes to me with sugar
cravings that «take over» (like a
craving that has you running out
for something sweet at 11 pm in your pajamas)
then I test him or her
for Candida as a root cause not only of their sugar addiction, but also of all the issues listed above.

something out there that decreases appetite, takes away
craving for sweets, bad carbohydrates and gets rid of sugar spikes which
then allows your brain / body to look
for healthy food when one becomes hungry NOT JUNK FOOD.
