game got way over criticized to the point I think a lot of
gamers are becoming as disillusioned as IGN, because its actually a fun
game with a pinch of Resident Evil nostalgia set in a what if universe and the
game is like a cross between
gears of war and left 4 dead, so maybe its a tad bit buggy, but its still a fun
game and if you paid 10 or so bucks
then you got moneys worth for sure, so don't pay attention to all the haters, because they probably drink the Bill Gates kool aid.
If you want a
game that is bloody, action - packed and has graphics to put God of War or
Gears of War to shame
then this
game is not for you.
If you've never finished a Metal
Gear game - or want to
gear up before Metal

then your best bet is Metal

just like you said yourself you do nt know monster hunter the controls have always been like that if you master it you can dodge split seconds before being attacked the build up from a new area towards the bosses is very good first some small hunts
then bigger ones the material harvesting is addictive and an important part of the
game i can search hours for certain crystals or stones after cutting down monsters and bosses you harvest the bodyparts for new weapons and armors to challenge bigger bosses so you can harvest even better bodyparts for
gear if you get into it you'll keep playing

Very well expressed yes I do agree the series is getting to be a bit boring and old in reality all
games are I gaming after a ling day at work but there's no real good
games out that catch my eye I have been a
gears of war fan since the beginning of time but even that
game I don't feel it's worthy of the tine I invested in part 1 just my opinion people I would really want to see a
game that would change gaming like halo did, gow1, cod4 these titles made way for new exciting gameplay but now I find myself enjoying Mario more

game I don't know maybe it's time for a change I always wanted to try world of Warcraft maybe I will atleast that would be a new experience
The original
Gears of War came and conquered in November 2006, becoming the fastest selling Xbox 360
game in the process back
then, handily crushing all competition that dared step in its way.

It's great for xbox
gamers though and I do want to see another
gears roll out, it just sucks because I was more
then positive it would come to play station.

game's narrative kicks things into top -
gear and plot points and twists start to get thrown at you in fast succession, though mostly they just add more layers to the existing tale and don't answer any questions you might have, which is almost as frustrating at times as the sluggish pace of the first half.
Okay maybe
gears 2 could be better
then rasistance, but no way in hell is it anywhere near AMAZING as K2.Xbox 360 will Never EVER make a
game with graphics like k2.
And if we're being really honest, you buy a
Gears of War
game for the
Gears of War style action: if it radically changed,
then it wouldn't be
Gears of War any more, just like Halo wouldn't be Halo and Call of Duty wouldn't be Call of Duty.
But
then again If the
game is very good
then it can actually steal the spotlight from
gears.
But
then again, UT3 sales across all platforms were lower than any one
Gears of War
game (yep, even the disappointing GoW: Judgement).
In fact the
game offers up a steady stream of
gear for you to outfit your character with, allowing you to equip helmet, gloves, main armor, melee weapon and ranged weapon, all of which can
then be further tweaked with a selection of Patches and Strap - Ons that let you do things like inflict fire damage, leech health or boost your magic.
If you are convinced that there aren't better
games outside of Forza, halo, and
gears, on Xbox...
Then I am convinced that most of the
games on PlayStation are overrated.
I somehow can't believe that this is going to payoff... the last
Gears flopped pretty hard, now they bought the IP, need to finance R&D to start designing the
game and
then comes development itself.
The new weapons and tweaked gameplay may not have altered the
game much from an outsiders view, but if you know your
Gears then you'll appreciate that these changes have actually altered the gameplay quite a bit.
They released three
Gears games, and
then brought along Polish studio People Can Fly to work on a prequel that failed to move the story along at all.
If you've never actually read the paper versions of
Gears then you're going to be a little lost as to exactly who the hell these people are, and the
game never explains their presence either.
Some
games overuse the mashing but some use it to great affect - like metal
gear, being tortured in MGS and
then the death crawl at the end of MGS4 were moments where it really meant something.
First DC Comics announces a PROTOTYPE comic,
then Batman is being rumored to be in the new Mortal Kombat

Gears of War comic coming from DC (next to the previously announced
Gears of War prequel novel).

I will be honest and say I did enjoy the

The menu and lobby system in place for
Gears of War: Judgment is exactly the same style as
Gears of war 3, so if you own that
game then finding your way around Judgment will be very easy and feel familiar for checking your stats, unlocks and character choices.
Gears of War: Judgment has just taken your favourite
Gears games and turned up the heat — if you're a
Gears fan already
then you have no excuses, for those sitting on the fence you best start wondering what it's like to become a COG Soldier and get out there and own this!

gear games where it makes it more of a third person shooter about mixing mobility with well aimed shots in a plausible way for the average.

I played the entire beta with two friends and it was a lot better than I had expected, I don't fall for hype trains since halo3 and call of duty black Ops, but I also don't understand some of you all on here your tired of fps
games yet they are the number one selling
games you all say that the order looks repetitive yet aside from uncharted and
gears there arnt that many GOOD TPs
games,

But from what I've seen from this footage, the graphics look rough as heck, It look like a 2004
game to be honest,
Gears of War 3 looks much MUCH better graphically, I hope this is just a beta for testing like he said because If the final
game looks like that
then that would a very VERY BIG disappointment for me as a
Gears of War fan to be honest,
Gears always meant to have the best graphics around.
