I am not sure if the quinoa will start absorbing any liquid and
then get mushy or something as well as the veggies.

I tried your recipe using canned chickpeas and it turned out great, so I went to make it a second time using dried chickpeas, and unintentionally found that if you overcook the chickpeas (mine were kind of a
mushy mess),
then you don't even have to peel to
get the same smooth results.

It's almost like it
gets a little
mushy at the top of the brake pedal stroke, and
then as you slow down or as you give it more pedal pressure, there's a little more resistance.
I have switched their food a few times (always transitioning over a few weeks) and it definitely happens more during the transition,
then they'll have normal stools for several weeks but it
gets mushy and smelly again sometimes.
