I found tonight that by

to switch the baking sheets (if you are using 2) so the granola
cooks evenly 9) Bake for another 15 minutes,
then stir again, before
cooking for a final 15 minutes or until golden brown 10) Remove granola from the oven and place on
cooking racks until completely cool and crisp 11) Store granola in air - tight containers at room temperature.
And
then, as if my already amazing day couldn't
get better, I was lucky enough
to spend my afternoon with some amazing women at a brunch hosted by the incredible lady behind What's Gaby
Cooking.
Thankfully, most modern slow
cookers do
get hot enough
to bring beans
to a boil, and if the beans are at the boiling point for at least 10 minutes,
then there's no concern.
We also like
to cover the dish for at least the first 30 minutes
to help with
cooking and
then uncover it towards the end
to get the top / edges
to brown.
The trick I was given was
to soak them in water for 30 minutes befoorehand, and
then to dry them completely before baking, this helps
to get them crisp too Oh and not
to use salt before or during the
cooking process, this helps too!
I've braised duck wings and
then fried them in duck fat in the past but this time I wanted
to use the instant pot
to cook the duck along with some root vegetables and
then roast it all in the oven
to get it really crispy.
I'm ashamed
to admit that I first
cooked up this dish last fall and
