I combined all the sauce ingredients into the crockpot,
made the meatballs (although browning them was a bit of a pain — I might try skipping that step
next time) and
then added the meatballs in.
With that being said, there are two things I will do different
next time, A -RCB-
make sure I have enough dark chocolate in the house,
then increase the 1/4 cup dark chocolate to 1/3 cup and sprinkle the top with more dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips, rather than the Hershey's bar.
