mild exercise, my HR would suddenly go up to around 200 bpm and
then become irregular).
If your injury was
mild and the shoulder has not been immobile for very long
then it is likely you will skip through these
exercises relatively quickly and move onto more suitable flexibility and stretching
exercises.
If you are only willing to do
mild fitness
exercise,
then please just do as much of it as necessary.
