If God decides what is moral and places that
knowledge in all humanity
then it is
objective and grounded.
It also means that it abstracts the knowing subject from his existence as a person in relation to other persons and
then attempts to establish an «

knowledge abstracted from even that knowing subject.

then everyone is filling in the gaps with their own version of events and will necessarily always be a long, long way from anything close to any «truth».
The best approach to managing
knowledge workers,
then, is to clarify the
objectives, provide the tools and support they need, facilitate collaboration, and get out of the way.
This
knowledge is
then used to provide the services necessary to assist our customers to meet their
objectives and goals.
It is believed that after the
knowledge has been generated by
objective research
then politics and ethics can come into play to govern how it might be used.
After all, if scientific
knowledge were not
objective,
then its use would just be substituting one bias for another.
It
then uses its experience, market
knowledge and state - of - the - art resources in meeting those needs and achieving the
objectives.
