Today I made this unda - style by mixing an egg with
plain yogurt,
milk, and a little roasted - red - pepper hummus and cooked it gently like an omelet,
then put spinach and a corn tortilla on it before turning it over.
Then I wasn't sure what to do with it but started putting a small scoop over
plain oatmeal with some chopped almonds and a bit of fresh
milk.
Makes a wicked cup of chocolate
milk, and
then you'll just start eating it
plain.
If you are on a dairy - free diet,
then you may use a
plain gluten free non-dairy
milk..
Add 1/2 cup of all - purpose flour to a bowl, add 1 cup of

then pour it over the crust.

then went a Mexican - inspired route with the additions of ground ancho powder, cinnamon, and ginger
Rather than simply blending cashew nuts with water to make a dairy free
milk (and
then heating it to infuse with tea), you can simply swap
plain water with brewed tea for an instant tea latte.
It's been a long time since my kids nursed and since
then they've been drinking

If you absolutely have no access to farm fresh
milk to make whole, unadulterated, enzyme rich whey,

plain Greek yogurt...

plain black tea, no creamer, and you can see the spike in beneficial effects that appear to be completely blocked by

If the coconut
milk you use to make your yogurt is made from just coconut and water, with nothing else added,
then I would think it would be the same as
plain coconut.
Then, throw in a third of a cup of
plain Greek yogurt (or make that a really generous blob), a half cup of your favorite kind of
milk (any kind will work, really) and last but not least, a tablespoon or two of maple syrup, depending on how sweet you want your oats to be, as well as a pinch of salt.
The idea of spending millions of dollars to film a story about it,
then have people pay 20 bucks a piece to sit in a theatre and munch
Milk Duds and popcorn while watching people get sent to gas chambers is just
plain sick.
