shelled hemp seeds, cocoa powder, etc.),
then place it in the refrigerator to harden for at least 1 hour.
Dried mango and pineapple along with cashews are tossed with a hearty pile of old - fashioned oatmeal (and
shelled hemp seed for extra protein) and
then coated with a packaged light caramel sauce.
The one recipe that I do know for
hemp seeds with their
shells on is
hemp milk (and
then strain off the pulp with muslin cloth or a nut bag).
