There are a couple reasons why Brussels sprouts have crept into my meal plans
as an always - reliable
veggie to have on hand.
I mean,
there's nothing stopping you from having them on the side
as well, you
veggie - freaks, you.
I will skip the chit chat
as there is not much to say about this except that it is raw, it is live and it is all
veggie delicious.
While
veggie dips don't quite have the same protein content
as a bean - based dip,
there are plenty of reasons to love them:
One of my favourite dishes to make are
veggie burgers, I make them quite frequently, and they are handy
as there is always tonnes of leftovers for the week.
I have a feeling they might not drink it
as readily knowing veggies are in
there, even if they enough said

veggie meals at restaurants in Europe / Sweden areas too,
as an American, I wonder what the
veggie scene is like
there.

veggie burger that I actually enjoy - but it took an ah - ha moment for me to get

veggie meats: oils, maybe isolated soy protein (which is not healthy — and which is not the same
as traditional soy products), other non - whole / highly processed foods, and high sodium.
Beets are quite budget - friendly, making them a college student's dream
veggie — and
there's not much waste
as you can eat the greens
as well
as the roots of the humble beet!
Most
veggie and green powders out
there include non-AIP ingredients, such
as chlorella and spirulina.
When it comes to
veggie sushi I realize I could just
as easily throw a salad together with the same ingredients to enjoy at home but
