Having no
cholesterol, and
less fattening with fewer calories than peanut butter,
there is no reason not to try it!

cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar (both fasting and post-prandial) then I will start paying attention to them.

Like eggs, butter has massive amounts of both fat and
cholesterol, and it provides even
less nutritional value —
there's no question that desserts without it are healthier.

This is important because if

less cholesterol floating around the bloodstream, then
there is
less cholesterol available to become oxidized and start building plaque on the artery walls.

cholesterol in a kilogram of egg yolk whereas
there are only 14 MILLIGRAMS of
cholesterol in a kilogram of coconut oil — over a thousand times
less than in an egg yolk (since
there are 1000 milligrams in a gram).
Since
there are
less bile acids floating through the body and your body needs a certain amount, your liver is forced to use up LDL
cholesterol to make more.
When our biology works better,
there's
less need for our own liver to ramp up the manufacturing of more
cholesterol.

there is a small dense LDL that is not accepted by the liver for servicing but rejected and ends up in your arteries as plaque... and this is what needs to be included in a Lipid panel because this diet pre-diet shows a lipid panel that is not to bad but when you look at the SDLDL it is at 20 which is very high, and when on this diet for 6 or more weeks your lipid panel is higher but the SDLDL is 0 Zero... so your doctor flips out and yells at you but in fact you are much
less prone to heart failure...
There's 10g of protein per 1 cup, half the saturated fat compared to beef, one third
