There is no way I could put those
pictures in the typical
book.
Quoting your
book is pointless as well, since christians have long proven that
there is «scripture» that can be interpretted
in so many different ways, that no person alive will ever get a true, clear
picture of it.

Are
there any trends
in the children's
picture book market that authors and illustrators should know about?
I like printing a few hardcover versions through Lulu (because it's easier and cheaper to set up than Lightning Source) and taking some media kit shots of me
in a bookstore (doesn't have to be an official «
book signing» — you can even put a few on the bestseller shelf and take
pictures of them
there).
I also found myself noticing all the technology
in the
book: every now and then someone tries out the newfangled «shower - bath» with its needle - points of water, or makes a phone call and wonders whether one day
there will be devices that transmit
pictures as well as voices.
There is no functionality to pinch and zoom
pictures or take advantage of the software accelerometer that is evident
in your
book reading experience.
Sorry, if I am asking a stupid question, but I have never owned Kobo e-reader, so I have to ask... I have noticed that when reading the
book on Kobo Aura HD
there is approximately 1 centimeter from the top information about name of the
book and at approximately 1 centimeter from the bottom
