I just made this dressing and found it a little too
thick as a salad dressing so I thinned it with about a 1/4 cup water.

dressing left over and
as it's still quite
thick I am thinking it would work well
as a vegan egg
salad.

salad dressing, or sandwich spread (if it's
thick enough — mine never is).
The
dressing is nice and
thick; perfectly versatile for a
salad, on top of veggies for a side dish, or even
as a sauce for a main course.
