Overnight Oats have a runny consistency even after they soak, simply stir in an additional 1 tablespoon chia seeds and place the mixture back in the fridge until it has

To make it vegan, you can soak a 1/4 c of raw cashews in water for 4 hours (I do it
overnight), and then blend with a cup of fresh water and add that instead of both cream and milk (it is a bit more cream, but cashews can
thicken up a soup pretty quickly and easily).
Keep refrigerated and beat again before serving (it will
thicken up if left
overnight).
Pour this mixture into the cheesecake pan with the crust or into a mold, and let it
thicken in the fridge
overnight or, even better, for 24 hours.
