By adding the resistance band around my legs during some of these go - to core
exercises you've seen a million times on the blog, it changed each move from strictly targeting the abs to incorporating some outer
thigh work
as well.
everybody says that the most effective way to reduce the size of

All I can suggest is
exercises that build muscle in your calves such
as calf raises, skipping and HIIT workouts (try the workouts on my blog though so they won't bulk up your
thighs).
The second and best way to superset is by pairing
exercises of opposing muscle groups such
as back and chest,
thighs and hamstrings, biceps and triceps; or different muscle movements such
as shoulders and calves, upper abs and lower abs.

thigh muscles activity enables it to work better on the abdominal muscles.
Besides, if you primarily want to build a round booty without activating the quads or hamstrings too much (whichget plenty of activation during most of the lower body
exercises such
