Photo Sometimes the trickiest
thing about serving ripe summer fruit for dessert is resisting the urge to do too much to it.
I'd also encourage you to dress the salad a bit more heavily than what you see in the
photo - I always worry
about over-dressing
things before taking a
photo, and now that I'm looking at the shot, the beans up there are looking a tab bit naked.
Just don't worry
about it when chops or a smaller today don't look like the
photo, and I'm sure you'll want to make the «real
thing» when you have the larger roast handy.
And those
