If your company too is looking to find locations rich in potential young employees, you'll probably want to narrow
things down, aiming not just for any
old inner - city location but one that is the
among the hottest for well - educated young
people.
Studies have shown visceral obesity to be a risk factor on its own as well, a strong predictor of,
among other
things, heart attacks in young men, chronic heart failure in
older people, high blood pressure in Japanese Americans, heart attacks in «well functioning» elderly women, and — the clincher, the coup de grease, if you will — of «all - cause mortality» in men.
The biggest problem (besides feeding an already unfettered since of entitlement
among most
people) with all of this is that all of this debt is backed by depreciating assets (cars, furniture, electronics, etc) or
things that no longer have any value (such as meals,
old clothing, vacations, and a worthless degree in a subject you'll never use)!
