thing as almond milk is because milk, by definition is the liquid from the udder of an animal.

First off, there is no such

This whole
thing is a big shift for me because I am generally vegan, so I will be eating meat, because I actually think I may be having an issue metabolizing that which I am eating

as protein was a plant based protein shake in

things up by using other non-dairy beverages such
