LOL (still) Susan, I first posted this story on Facebook and a PREVIOUS CLIENT reminded me of a time that I was showing them houses in THE BEACH area of Toronto and a similar thing happened with a SENIOR!

We are working on our own beach house in the PNW, but we are far from ready to furnish it — it's East wing is being gutted, and we're raising the whole thing nine feet, to better capture the view.

One thing I do know for sure, this beauty of a beach house by Brady Design and featured in Luxe magazine would suit my beach home style needs just right!

The only things we noticed that would help our rating on this would be that the location as to how close the house is to the beach could be a little clearer, the master bath shower barely had enough water pressure to rinse the shampoo out of my wife hair and mine as well, maybe it was a water saver shower head but its not user friendly, the master closet had no light to see any clothes at all and it had the ac ceiling vent in the closet was hang loose with only one screw barely stopping it from falling onto the floor.

this kitchen is in a home we own at the beach in Corona Del Mar CA, we purchased the little farm house in Ojai about a year ago and really have not done a thing to the house.

So far I've talked about things like Rachel Ashwell's Shabby Chic beach house, Hemingway's house in Key West (I love the yellow shutters), and Ivy Cottage, that cute little green house at the top of this post.
