I do the same
thing with basil and parsely from my garden!
If you're not into cilantro, you can do the same
thing with basil, dill, or flat - leaf parsley.

with chopped fresh
basil (dissolve liberal amount of sugar in it to cut the pucker) for about 15 - 20 mins, top the slices
with a whole
