I have tried a ton of
things Eat Clean Diet, I am considered a Lifetime Weight Watchers (that I have gained all the weight back plus 20 lbs doesn't matter to them) I have done the calorie counting (which for some reason I ended up GAINING weight rather than losing) color coded containers, plain ol' clean eating, vegetarian style living, 6 small meals, 3 square meals.

One of the most exciting
things that I have added to the blog are categories so you can now search by diet, course or WW points and attached easy - to - navigate food labels indicating whether a recipe is gluten free, paleo,
clean eating, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and low carb.
But, it's more than just that, I personally feel that in order to maintain my
clean eating lifestyle I need to keep
things fun and interesting and trying new recipes is a great motivator for me.
Not exactly a
cleanse because I don't believe in living to such extremes, but more of an active choice to not

things that won't make me feel good and aren't good for me.
The interesting
thing is that I hadn't actually had nutella or peanut butter in about 6 years (I was diagnosed with Crohn's 6 years ago and started to

I am not telling you to go out and
eat a bunch of sugar or processed carbohydrates, but upping starchy vegetables and
eating things like sweet potatoes, white potatoes and even white rice and
clean gluten free bread can really make a difference.
So Thanksgiving has come and gone, you spent hours cooking and
cleaning, maybe you
ate too much, and you want something healthy to
eat but can't stand the though of cooking a single
thing... this Leftover Turkey and Rice Soup is the
thing for you!
The best part is that there are no artificial or refined sugars which are one of the biggest
things you should be avoiding with
clean eating.
While scientists are still fiddling about with meal replacement products and pills that can reduce our dietary need for comprehensive meals, there's still nothing healthier for us than
eating good,
clean food, and perhaps fewer
things more satisfying than sharing a meal with friends and loved ones.
The funny
thing is I crave carbs less when i am
eating clean and less processed.
I have to say the best
thing about
eating smoothie bowls for breakfast, besides the taste, is how quickly you can blend them up and how easy they are to
clean up after!
