Paint color, wallpaper, and carpeting are often an expression of someone's unique taste but they're the first
things a buyer sees when they walk into a room.

thing we were glad to
see missing was the ginormous panoramic glass roof most car companies (Subaru) foists onto
buyers who opt for top trims.
One
thing we've
seen over the years is that
buyers come away from the Show energized, and the weeks and months directly after the Show are when they're most looking forward to speaking with the exhibitors they met.
If the book does NOT have all of those
things, then the
buyer needs to
see some other proof that the well - designed, beautifully - edited, fantastically - written, much - needed book won't just sit on their shelves.
While Microsoft is still hard - pressed to make
buyers as well as developers to swallow Windows RT that seems to be the most distasteful Microsoft development in recent times,
things are a bit sweeter with Windows Phone 8 that has
seen increased levels of acceptance.

Successful authors
see things that would terrify most of us — speaking to crowds of thousands, being live on The Today Show, pitching to a conference room of publishing execs and bookstore
buyers — as challenges that they can and will overcome.
Your cover is the first
thing potential
buyers will
see.
One major
thing lacking at the moment is any way of purchasing a sample print copy of your book so you can
see for yourself what
buyers will receive.
If you cram your comics in a grocery bag, the
buyer will
see you have no respect for this
thing you're trying to sell.
All
things considered, I don't
see the slight increase in screen size and resolution alone being enough to convince
buyers to pay a premium price.
If you're selling your house, photos are the first
thing most
buyers will
see.
When a house is empty,
buyers can
see the actual size of each room and can better visualize their
things in them.
The last
thing a potential home
buyer should
see on a home inspection checklist is «driveway condition - good» or «roof protection - asphalt shingles».
In many short sales I
see buyer's agent's trying to structure the contract such that the
buyer does not have to spend money on any of these
things until there is short sale approval.
While there is Infamous: Second Son to spice
things up with open - world exploration, players interested in the game would have bought it on their PS3 (Injustice: Gods Among Us) and
buyers of a PS4 may be unlikely to
see the need in getting Call of Duty: Ghosts, Battlefield 4, AND Killzone: Shadow Fall.

For example, if you post a tweet asking clients to reply with the best
things to do in the area, complete with a hashtag that can be
seen by prospect
buyers — it can help sell a location better than photos can.
The one
thing I would keep in mind is just because you
see an area one way does not necessarily mean a retail
buyer would
see the same.
In my fifteen years of working with agents, I have
seen that there are four
things that have shown themselves to be the keys to winning a
buyer or seller presentation.
If I'm the
buyers Realtor and I
see this, the first
thing I'm going to do is make a call for my
buyer to get more information about the home.
As X-Factors, times like these are where these agents prove their worth — and where you lead your team and your
buyers to
see things differently, so they can feel confident about their career path or purchase.
